Fresh Summer Sunday Setup

  1. Write out meals + have groceries delivered.

  2. Lay out workout clothes

  3. Set out water bottle and Supplements

    • I use the “Charge” preworkout, the “purple tea” and orange collagen.

  4. Make energy bites, protein muffins and/or overnight oats.

  5. Look at local summer activities & add to family calendar.
