Fresh Summer Sunday Setup
- Write out meals + have groceries delivered. 
- Lay out workout clothes 
- Set out water bottle and Supplements - I use the “Charge” preworkout, the “purple tea” and orange collagen. (HeatherJohnson will get you 10% off) 
 
- Make energy bites, protein muffins and/or overnight oats. 
- Look at local summer activities & add to family calendar.
